What this policy covers

This policy describes how Vision Research Group LLC (“VRG,” “we,” or “us”) handles information collected through this marketing website at visionresearchgroup.com. It does not govern data handling under any federal contract, subcontract, or non-disclosure agreement — those relationships are governed by their own terms.

What we collect

• Information you send us. If you email sales@visionresearchgroup.com or call (509) 400-4824, we receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, organization, contact information, and the substance of your inquiry.
• Server access logs. Our host (Vercel) records standard request metadata for every page view — IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, and HTTP status. These are used for operational diagnostics and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

• No analytics or tracking scripts (Google Analytics, etc.) run on this site.
• No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no remarketing pixels.
• No user accounts, logins, or stored sessions for visitors.
• No payment data — we don't transact on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate fit for capability conversations. We use access logs to operate and secure the site. We don't sell, rent, or share inbound inquiry information with anyone outside VRG's response team.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails and notes are retained in our email and CRM systems for as long as a business relationship is active and for a reasonable follow-up window after. Access logs are retained per our host's defaults (Vercel currently retains for 30 days on our plan).

Federal-contract data

Any information handled in the course of a federal contract or subcontract — including Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), performance data, or sensitive personnel records — is governed by the applicable contract terms and the federal regulations attached to that contract (FAR/DFARS clauses, 32 CFR Part 2002 for CUI, and so on). This marketing-site privacy policy is separate from and subordinate to those obligations.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
