How VRG Manages Work After Award

Performer and supplier coordination

VRG holds the contract and remains the single point of responsibility to the contracting officer. Where a requirement needs a licensed or locally qualified performer, VRG selects one, verifies the qualification the scope calls for before award, and manages the work to the statement of work.

Schedule tracking

Each award is tracked against its period of performance, milestone dates and recurring-maintenance intervals, with a standing check against the delivery or completion date rather than at the end of the period.

Quality checks

Work is checked against the specification it was awarded under — the PWS or item specification, not a general standard — before it is presented as complete. Deficiencies are corrected before sign-off.

Documentation and invoicing

Completion records, receiving reports and invoices are filed through the government’s own systems on the schedule the contract specifies, and kept so a closeout or a past-performance request can be answered from the record.

Delivery and completion monitoring

For supply requirements VRG confirms supplier availability against the specified item, quantity and destination, and tracks the order through to delivery. If a date is going to move, VRG tells the contracting officer before it moves.

Safety and technical requirements

For specialized-cleaning work the applicable safety and technical requirements — confined-space entry, hazardous-waste handling and the site’s own access controls — are met by the performing partner that holds the qualification, verified against the solicitation before award. VRG does not present a partner’s licence or certification as its own.
