Product supply
Specified items, specified quantities, a named destination and a date
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone certified. VRG quotes supply requirements through DLA DIBBS and directly to buying offices, and treats the delivery date as the commitment it is.
What VRG supplies
Stated as capability.VRG’s awarded supply experience is through DLA DIBBS; the categories below are what it quotes and sources, not a list of contracts it has performed. The awarded citations are on the capability statement, separately, so neither can be mistaken for the other.
Line-item requirements with a part number
An NSN or a manufacturer part number, a revision, a quantity, a unit of issue and a destination. Where a requirement names an exact revision, that revision is what gets quoted — substitutions are raised as a question, not shipped as a decision.
Electrical and mechanical consumables
Conduit and fittings, valves, cable and connectors, filters and replacement parts. The common shape is a short list of specified items against a dated requirement, not a catalogue relationship.
Delivery to a named destination
Including government receiving points with their own marking, packaging and inspection rules — ASTM D3951 and MIL-STD-129 where the requirement calls for them, and origin inspection scheduled with the assigned QA specialist.
How VRG quotes it
Stock and lead time confirmed in writing before a date is offered
A delivery date is only as good as the supplier commitment under it. VRG confirms on-hand quantity and lead time in writing — for the full quantity, not a partial — before putting a date in front of a contracting officer. This is first on the list because VRG has paid for the alternative.
Partial shipment raised early, never discovered late
When a supplier holds part of a quantity now and the balance on lead time, that is said at quote time so the buyer can decide whether a partial delivery helps. A split found at the delivery date is a missed delivery; the same split found at quote time is a priced option.
Packaging, marking and inspection priced in
Bare-item marking, packaging specs and origin inspection are scope, not overhead. Where a requirement's marking rule and the manufacturer's print disagree, VRG asks for direction before marking a critical-application item rather than guessing.
The receiving report is the finish line
Not the ship date. Submission through the government's own system, and the paperwork complete, is what closes a supply order — and it is what an award is judged on afterwards.
Send a supply requirement
Part number, revision, quantity, unit of issue and destination get you a usable answer fastest. If a date is tight, say so — VRG would rather decline than quote a date it has not confirmed with a supplier.
